Olbers' paradox

Olbers' paradox: Why is the night sky black if there is an infinity of stars?

My 2 cents?  Either 1) the number of stars is not infinite 2) the sky is not black* and 3) infinite stars are surrounded by a bigger set of infinite, non-star, space.  Nothing too terribly clever there on my part.  Hope to get some alternative answers from you all.
